Within 14 days of receiving the goods, a request must be made to Customer Service at the email address cservice@carreragt.it, once approved by our team, the products must be sent back within 14 days by post or courier to the following address:

WARNING

• Except for what is specified in point 2, shipping costs for returns have to be paid by the customer.

• The products sent to us after the prescribed time limit lacking the mentioned requirements cannot be refunded.

• In the case of extra EU returns, the customer is required to contribute to customs duties equal to the value of the VAT rate (22%) of the products to be returned.

Properly packed in its original package, in perfect condition (not ruined, damaged, or dirty), and along with all the eventual accessories and documentation;

Along with the Transport Document (present in the original package) in such a way as to allow Carrera to identify the customer (order number, name, surname, and address).

Without clear signs of use, except those compatible with a test of the product, i.e. The product should not show signs of prolonged use (over some minutes) exceeding the time necessary to test it; the product should be in a condition such that it can be sold again.

Substitution of goods. If you wish to replace the purchased goods with other products you will have to send the unwanted products back to Carrera S.p.A. with Socio Unico by agreeing with customer service on the new products to be obtained as a replacement.

Reaccreditation of the money (The refund concerns the price of the product and it will be made within 14 days after Carrera receives the returned goods. The only cost for the customer is the one related to the return of the goods).
